rollingexile

Having begun his musical journey in Dublin by successfully conning a few people that he could play the drums to the extent he was invited to play in a couple of bands, Charlie has since had a career most musicians can only dream of.
After playing with several bands including the legendary Berlin, not to mention playing 6 gigs for U2 whilst deputising for Larry Mullins, and appearing in several books covering the Irish Rock scene, Charlie then made the move to London following the break up of Berlin where he began writing and recording more material.
During this time, his friend Mathew Ashman from Adam and The Ants and Bow Wow Wow, brought him into the studio and produced and played guitar on his first self-composed recording “Move On”
After taking a break from the music industry, Charlie made a return in 2010 when he supported The Boomtown Rats on a European Tour. This was followed by his first album EXILE which transcended to Rollingexile when he assembled a band to tour and promote it.
ROLLINGEXILE are .. Drums Rory Smith .. Lead Guitar Federico Bianco ..
Bass Guitar .. Miranda Gonzaga
The release of the second Rollingexile album HARDLINE is expected to increase their profile even further, and you can find more information on this along with details on how you can purchase their material by visiting www.rollingexile.com or you can follow them on social media at www.facebook.com/rollingexilemusic and www.twitter.com/rollingexile

North & South Playing 7pm Saturday

CSC_0217.JPG

North and South were formed in December 2016 and include lead singer and guitarist, Alex Garner, bassist and backing vocalist, Colin (Surname?), guitarist, Enzo Fullozone and drummer, Jerome Maree.

They've all been in a million-and-one gigging bands before but have now come together to put their considerable musical abilities to the strong songwriting of Alex Garner.

With a sound that has hints of Indie Rock, hints of Classic Rock and even a bit of grunge thrown in, they are as excellent as they are loud and exciting.

Blind Eye playing Saturday 9pmCSC_0217.JPG

Watford's five piece classic rock covers outfit: two hours plus of FULL TILT ROCK, BLUES & BOOGIE - loud and proud with a real party atmosphere.

Blind Eye never fail to deliver a blistering set featuring a broad range of rock classics and dance floor fillers - from Bad Company to ZZ Top via Lynrd Skynrd, the Foo Fighters, Kaiser Chiefs, Kings of Leon, Jet, Lenny Kravitz, the Rolling Stones, Hendrix, The Who, Guns n Roses to the Zutons and a whole bunch more - Blind Eye deliver something for everyone.... unless you're into mellow ballads.
